- 2 C Old fashioned oats
- 1 C Toasted nuts
- 3/4 C Coconut flakes
- 1/4 C Canola oil
- 1/4 C Honey
- 1 C Raisins
We're making our favorite granola recipe which is great for breakfast or a snack
- Pre-heat oven to 350degrees. In a large bowl, add oats, coconut, nuts(toasted/350 degrees), honey, oil and a pinch of salt
- Mix until everything's combined.
- Place granola on a rimmed baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Bake 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- When granola is brown and toasty, add raisins and it's all ready.
